One of Europe’s leading fashion groups Mango is to open new stores at two of Northern Ireland’s leading retail schemes as part of a push to expand its UK brand presence.
The Spanish-founded retailer will occupy a significant 8,000 sq ft unit on level three of the Foyleside centre in Derry, creating up to 10 jobs, and is also taking a prominent 6,718 sq ft unit in the main mall at Rushmere in Craigavon, bringing seven new retail positions.
The two stores are the first in the north to unveil Mango’s ‘New Med’ concept, reflecting the spirit and freshness of the brand.
Combining sustainability and architectural integration, both locations will feature warm tones and neutral interiors, alongside an array of handcrafted and natural materials in line with the Mediterranean-inspired theme.
Speaking on behalf of Foyleside Acquisitions Ltd & Killahoey Ltd, landlords of the centres, Paul Devlin said: “We’re thrilled to share this exciting new retailer announcements for Foyleside and Rushmere.
