An appeal has been launched to find a half-naked man who committed an indecent act at a Midlands beauty spot while wearing a bobble hat. The man was said to be masturbating when a woman walked past him on a bridleway near Ledbury Park, close to The Bullins in Ledbury on Saturday (October 7) shortly after 6pm.
The man had no trousers on and is described as white, with no trousers, wearing a white t-shirt and possibly a bobble hat. He was also carrying one red bag and one blue bag.
West Mercia Police said this was a ‘worrying incident’ and said the Herefordshire area is ‘popular with dog walkers’ and are appealing for the public to help identify him. They also said the man may be a repeat offender.
