A new car park and off-grid toilet facilities have been officially opened at a beauty spot on the Isle of Skye.
The Fairy Pools, which is famed for its vibrant waterfalls and swimmable pools, attracts thousands of visitors on a regular basis.
But the site has been blighted by congestion from parked cars, litter and issues over waste management in recent years.
It is hoped that new 140-space car park and toilet block will be able to alleviate some the issues at the beauty spot.
Finance Secretary and local MSP Kate Forbes formally opened the site today, which has been fully operation since October 2020.
The project was spearheaded by Minginish Community Hall Association (MCHA), the local community volunteer organisation, the Outdoor Access Trust for Scotland (Oats) and the Highland Council Development and Infrastructure Service.
