Outdoor fitness classes at Better gyms in Cardiff are set to restart from Monday.
Better Cardiff, which runs leisure facilities in Cardiff will restart its outdoor fitness facilities, including exercise classes, Zumba, Pilates, cycling and 3G Football, from Monday, April 26.
This follows the recent announcement from the Welsh Government allowing organised outdoor activities for up to 30 people from next week.
Outdoor activities will take place at the following centres:
Rhys Jones, head of service at Better Cardiff, said: “We are glad to be able to offer outside exercising at long last after an extremely long lockdown period and our re-opening date for gyms and leisure centres being pushed further away.
“Exercising outdoors has been tough throughout the lockdown winter months and people have been robbed of the opportunity to enjoy regular exercise.
