Crossbreeds canines across the South West are being invited to take part in one of Britain’s most renowned dog shows.
Scrufts, the mixed breed alternative held at the The Kennel Club’s Crufts event, will be returning in 2022 after a two-year hiatus during the pandemic.
The Kennel Club are on the lookout for the Most Handsome Crossbreed Dog (dogs aged six months to eight years), Prettiest Crossbreed Bitch (dogs aged six months to eight years), Golden Oldie (dogs over eight years) and the Good Citizen Dog Scheme.

To have a shot at winning the big titles, dogs first need to compete locally at one of six qualifying heats around the country.
For Devon and Cornwall based dogs, this heat with be at Dogfest West at The Bathurst Estate in Cirencester Park on September 18 and 19, 2021.
Dogs do not need to be entered in advance, their owners just need to register them from 12pm and be ready to take the stage for a few minutes and dazzle the judges at 3pm.
