Career-management tool for students, Huzzle, has received €250,000 from 10x Group. The platform launches during September’s freshers’ week with a target of 100 of the most forward-thinking employers and thousands of career-focused societies at the best UK universities.
Huzzle was designed by students for students and closes age-old recruitment gaps between amazing companies and applicants at the start of their careers.
Students join by entering their interests, course and year of study. They then receive just a few, highly targeted matches a week – including competitions, events and workshops run by university societies – and they apply instantly in the app. The opportunities become more accurate over time as Huzzle’s algorithm learns from more than 1,000 data points derived from students and companies.
