After Delhi High Court slapped actress Juhi Chawla with a fine of Rs 20 lakh for filing a “defective” plea claiming that 5G networks affects human health and the ecosystem, the government reiterated that 5G networks or ‘radiation’ from 5G-enabled mobile towers have nothing to do with the spread of Covid-19.
The government through the official Twitter handle of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting said that “5G mobile networks spread/transmit COVID-19” is a myth.
It said that “Viruses cannot travel on radio waves or mobile networks. COVID-19 is spreading in many countries that do not have a 5G mobile network,” said the tweet.

If you come across any message or anyone who claims that 5G telecom technology is the reason behind breathing problems and one of the potential causes of the spread of Covid-19 then please know that it is misleading and makes no sense….
