A growing Coventry recruitment firm will celebrate the start of 2022 with a move into bigger offices.
TalentTech Recruitment, based at the University of Warwick Science Park’s Business Innovation Centre in Binley, will be moving to a larger office within the building in January after it outgrew its current base.
In the last two years, the company has grown to a team of nine due to the high demand from jobseekers made redundant during the pandemic and pent-up demand from companies.

Now, with plans to hire even more staff and ahead of the launch of its new ‘MPLOYABILITY By TalentTech’ recruitment software, the business is preparing to relocate to a bigger premises.
Nick Goodwin – who founded the company with John Ahearne in 2019 – said: “When we started TalentTech Recruitment after working for a large recruitment firm ourselves, we were just a two-man team working out of John’s house.
