CA Design Services (CADS), on Hewett Road, has announced its acquisition by Tern Capital, which invests in software and technology-led businesses.
The decision to join forces with Tern was made by the CADS board with its Dutch owners Boskalis.
Over the last 40 years, CADS has found customers in 25 countries across five continents serving global brands and international retailers.
The company uses in-house surveys, 3D visualisation teams and space planning experts in grocery, fashion, DIY, pharmacy, PFS and other retail environments.
They work with Shell, Sainsburys, Lidl, B&Q and John Lewis, among other retailers.
