Huge plans to give Sale West in Trafford a massive makeover – costing at least £50m – are set to be decided on next week.
Trafford council’s planning committee will discuss proposals from developers Seddon Homes and housing association Irwell Valley Homes, which are part of one of the biggest estate regenerations seen across Greater Manchester for more than 10 years.
Irwell Valley Homes manages more than 1000 homes on the estate.
