The Northern School of Gardening is headed by Dean Bolton Grant and has the exclusive use of the famous Yorke Arms in Ramsgill.

He first learnt his craft at Le Manoir Aux Quat’ Saisons as gardener in the famous kitchen gardens for Raymond Blanc.
Further afield he has spent time in Europe as gardener to the Queen of Denmark at Fredensborg Palace, a stunning Baroque palace.
