February always feels like a bit of a slog, doesn’t it? Sure, it might be the tail end of winter, and it might be getting lighter with every day, but it’s cold and by now most of us are very, very tired and in need of some sun.
Short of running away to a tropical island which, let’s face it, would be the ideal way to see out winter, events designed to help us focus inwards, to take a bit of time to foster better health, to feel more grounded and relaxed, and to maybe get a bit fitter are a good way to emerge from February in a better state than we entered it in.
The below will help you get there, and hopefully also provide a moment of diversion if you’re struggling to get through this month.
