Now, healthcare charity Sue Ryder has partnered with Pets As Therapy to launch their search for the next Ambassadog to carry out important duties at their neurological care centres, hospices and palliative care hubs across the country.
The charity is also on the lookout for local dogs with the potential to make a great Ambassadog for the Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall Hospice in Peterborough.
The charity is the first of its kind and will celebrate dogs that are changing lives across the UK, with 11 furry friends being awarded the Ambassadog title, working with Sue Ryder to support those who need it most and do what dogs do best – spread love and joy.
