A popular gym left completely gutted by a horror fire was previously owned by notorious far-right activist and commentator Avi Yemini.
Residents alerted emergency services after the complex on Hawthorn Road in Caufield North, Melbourne, erupted into flames just after 5am on Tuesday.
Mr Yemini said he had previously owned Bayside Health and Fitness, one of the businesses destroyed by the intense blaze.
‘Waking up to the news that my old IDF training gym in the heart of the Jewish community in Melbourne was burnt down overnight,’ he posted on X.
‘I really hope the arsonists didn’t target the new owners because of me or my old branding.’
It is not yet clear what sparked the fire.
It comes just days after a young woman was left…
