The list includes resealing wooden window frames – £3,000, repainting your house – £15,000, decluttering – £6,000 and tidying up the garden – £15k. Robin says: “Buyers want to see a house and if you cant see it because of clutter, it will knock the value.”
Other tips include reapainting the kitchen, worth £15k, and sanding floorboards – £15,000. He adds: “People love original features in a home – wooden floors will always add value.”Regrouting bathroom tiles – £6,000 – completes the list.
