Sean Rider struggled “for months” after fighting the coronavirus.
The Happy Mondays frontman feels much better now, but admitted that he was so lethargic that he had a long period of time when he found it difficult to even get out of bed.
He states: “After being infected with Covid-19, I couldn’t get out of bed a couple of days a week and had no energy.
“It lasted for months, but now it’s becoming more rare.
“But for a few months I had a hard time.”
Locker, 59, thinks the pandemic could have had a much worse effect, so there are still tens of thousands of cases per day in the UK and he thinks there’s nothing else he can do. Nevertheless, there is nothing wrong with the end of the blockade. Many people are now vaccinated, so there is a big difference.
Asked about his thoughts on ending the blockade, he told The Big Issue: We are all vaccinated.
“I know people who have been vaccinated and are still infected with COVID, but it wasn’t too bad. We have to see what happens.
