There’s a whole new squad of England WAGs cheering on their famous footballer partners at the Euro 2020 tournament.
The wives and girlfriends of the 2021 team appear to be thick as thieves – with many of them posing for a group photo ahead of England’s first match against Croatia on Sunday.
In the image, Charlotte Trippier, Megan Davison, Fern Hawkins, Annie Kilner, and Anouska Santos, proudly posed in their England shirts that they teamed with denim shorts, The Manchester Evening News reported.
The picture was posted to Instagram by Jordan Pickford’s wife Megan Davison, who wrote: “Game Day”, alongside a lion emoji.
The match, which England won 1-0, came a year after the tournament was delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
And, in line with health a safety rules of the tournament, each of the footballer’s partners have to undergo a Covid screening 48 hours before each game.
