The end of May bank holiday is nearly upon us, meaning millions of Brits can enjoy an extra day off and a long weekend.
Many people use the opportunity to get away for a holiday, but with trips abroad still limited to green list countries and staycations proving expensive due to higher demand, lots of people might end up stuck at home instead.
The perfect opportunity, then, to get stuck into some home improvement. Living room needing a lick of paint? Bathroom wanting a deep clean? Garden getting a bit overgrown? This could be the time to sort it all out.
