Another travel update is approaching with green, amber and red list countries expected to swap over.
Eyes are on the next update as it will be the last week before the summer holidays are officially over.
The last update saw seven countries moved from the amber list to the green list, having demonstrated they posed a low risk to UK public health. They were Austria, Germany, Slovenia, Slovakia, Latvia, Romania and Norway.
Georgia, Mexico, Réunion and Mayotte all moved from the amber to the red list, where hotel quarantine is mandatory on arrival in the UK.
