Kirkleatham Walled Garden will finally open its gates again after being closed for more than 30 years.
The historic attraction has been fully restored and now features formal gardens, a science garden, areas for activities and a glasshouse, along with a café, a shop and a 350-seat pavilion, which will be available for events such as weddings, dinners and corporate events.
The Walled Garden opens to the public on August 25, and will create 37 jobs.

It will also feature a catering and horticultural academy, which will offer around 160 traineeships and apprenticeships.
The Grade II listed walled garden was originally being due to open in April last year, but the coronavirus pandemic hit, which meant the main contractor had to be off site several months, causing severe delay to the project.
Last week, it was announced that national and international catering and support services firm Elior had been appointed to be the operator of the attraction
