Health Action Day will take place at Royston Leisure Centre on February 15, offering free health advice, fitness activities, and wellbeing support.
The event, which is scheduled to run from 10am until 2pm, is the first of its kind at the leisure centre since Everyone Active took over operations in April last year.
The initiative is for those seeking support with physical and mental wellbeing and promises to cater to everyone, from fitness enthusiasts to those embarking on a healthier lifestyle journey.
Organisations including Age UK, Citizens Advice, and Diabetes UK, will offer advice and support, alongside emergency services such as Hertfordshire police and the fire service.
There will also be a charity Fitathon in aid of Breast Cancer Now. Participants can join one or several 25-minute sessions throughout the day, starting with a Body Pump workout at 10am and concluding with Clubbercise dance routines at 1.30pm.
Other sessions include yoga, Zumba, body combat and the challenging but popular Metafit class.
