Fitness fans are making a splash this week as gyms, pools and exercise classes get ready to expand provision.
Renfrewshire Leisure says it is upping capacity across all its sites in a bid to help locals look after their physical and mental health.
From Monday, there will be increased spaces in swimming pools and changing rooms and showers will reopen, although available cubicles will remain limited.
In gyms fitness suites will return to their original areas, and there will be a trial of early morning gym sessions at the Lagoon leisure centre and at ON-X.
At Johnstone Community Sports Hub, session capacity will double to 24, which means an additional 524 gym sessions are available to book each week.
