Last month Erika was dismissed from a multimillion-dollar fraud and embezzlement suit against her estranged husband Tom Girardi, 82.
The suit claims that Tom, a former attorney who was disbarred last year, has not paid the settlement money he owes to families of victims from the 2018 Lion Air crash.
‘You know, when they can’t get to that man, then they turn to his partner. And that’s what I think has happened,’ Erika claimed to E! News last week.
