Professor Bernd Stahl, director of the Centre for Computing and Social Responsibility at DMU, will join a debate with other AI leaders from around the world at Expo 2020, taking place in Dubai from October.
The six-month event will feature countries from around the world showing off their best innovations in technology, culture, healthcare and sustainability, along with a series of discussions and debates which aim to push forward ideas in future development.
Between 17 and 21 March 2022 an event series called ‘In the Future, How will we Advance?’ will highlight how AI can continue to benefit people across the globe while driving towards a more sustainable future.
Professor Stahl will take part in this, joining a number of other speakers to talk on topics as broad as space and how the internet and AI can shape our vision and values.
