A COUPLE wanting to bring some fun to people’s homes are launching their own business selling pizza-making kits to get families and friends spending more time together.
Jodie and Joe Parks are working on opening their online shop PIY Pizza in a month, and are trialling it with their own family and friends.
The pair, who live in Highworth, thought it would be a great way to help people bond again after a year of lockdowns.
Jodie, 28, said: “It’s a kit for people to make their own wood-fire style pizza. No pizza oven is needed, it can just be made in the grill. Each kit is enough for two people, with all the toppings. It was a spur of the moment.
“We love pizza and my sister-in-law got something similar in the post and that’s how I came up with the idea.
“There are a few finishing touches, but we’re hoping to launch it at the end of this month.
“People we know have tried our products, that way we could get feedback and work on it before asking people to pay, and they’ve given us a positive response. We’re hopeful other people will enjoy…
