Six new shops have opened in Somerset’s much-loved Clarks Village and shoppers are delighted to be back at the outlet centre.
Summerhouse Aromatherapy moved in at the end of May and joins Lazy Jacks, Craghoppers and The Perfume Shop on the site.
The flagship shopping centre in Street said people are revelling in the return to in-person shopping – as it revealed its most popular post-lockdown purchases.

Walking boots, leisurewear, kitchenware, make-up and self-care products like hand wash, hand cream and skincare have all been bestsellers since lockdown restrictions were lifted.
Shops have seen a surge in purchases for new hobbies, exercise regimes and UK staycations, such as bodyboards, outdoor shoes and beachwear.
Homeware stockists have reported a rise in kitchenware sales as people take on DIY projects at home. Footwear and beauty stores have also seen a spike in sales for shoes, self-care products and make-up.
