Australian retailer Cotton On has been accused of ripping off designs created by surf brand Ghanda.
The upstart Ghanda is taking its powerhouse rival to court amid back and forth claims and counter-claims.
Ghanda says its designs were ripped off by Supré (a brand operated by Cotton On) using stock images from the internet.
