A large new build commercial development in Wirral has secured its first business residents, following a multimillion pound investment.
Redsun Projects has secured two deals at Magazine Point on Wirral International Business Park in Bromborough, as main contractor, Portal NW reaches practical completion on the 55,000 sq ft light industrial scheme.
Signage supplies distributor, MDP Supplies, and medical diagnostics company MedTechToMarket have signed up to 19,000 sq ft and 12,000 sq ft respectively.
These sales mean that 24,000 sq ft remains available across four units.
Designed by C4 Projects with Muir Associates acting as civil and structural engineers, Magazine Point is one of three development sites in Merseyside to have received a share of £2.65million from the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority’s Light Industrial Fund.
