The 29-year-old went from working at restaurants with a combined total of 24 Michelin stars to helping Michelin star chefs tell their story through food photography and plans to expand the business even further. Mr Snoddon founded the London based digital media brand development agency Food Story Media which helps brands and individuals develop their customer base in the food industry through photography, social media, cinematography and website design.
Not only is his entrepreneurial story incredible, but Food Story Media has never taken any investments, meaning the revenue has grown entirely organically from the small redundancy paycheque Mr Snoddon received at his previous job.
In only its third year of business, Food Story Media is expected to bring in an astonishing £500,000 by the end of 2022 and will see its New York office opening later this year, but Mr Snoddon’s financial future didn’t always look this stable.
