From 4am on Sunday 8 August, France will move from amber plus to amber status on the government’s traffic light list for international travel. This means travellers who have received both doses of the NHS Covid vaccine returning to England, Scotland and Northern Ireland from France will no longer need to self-isolate for 10 days.
The authorities in Wales have yet to announce their decision on the matter.
Also from Sunday, Austria, Germany, Slovenia, Slovakia, Latvia, Romania and Norway will move from amber to the green list.
