Global architecture, design and engineering firm IBI Group has announced it is will base its new Manchester headquarters at the NOMA neighbourhood.
IBI Group will take around 6,600 sq ft of space in Dantzic, a Grade II listed building built in 1937 that has been transformed into modern office space, on a 10-year lease.
IBI Group joins Amazon, Deloitte, The Coop, The Ministry of Justice and WeWork as occupiers at NOMA, the 20-acre mixed-use neighbourhood in Manchester city centre.
The technology-driven design firm with global architecture, engineering, planning, and technology expertise spanning over 60 offices and 3,000 professionals around the world, has agreed to take an entire floor at Dantzic.
The space will consolidate the firm’s Greater Manchester staff in Didsbury and Rochdale.
