If there is one thing beauty beginners and professionally-trained makeup artists can *probably* all agree on, it’s that winged eyeliner can, somewhat, be a challenging task. Beauty content creator, Bex is the genius mastermind behind the trick and her video tutorial has now racked up over 5 million views.
