Rebel Wilson has revealed the very simple way she shed 35kg (77lbs) during her ‘Year of Health’ in 2020.
In an interview for Apple Fitness+, the actress, 41, admitted that walking – rather than doing endless high intensity workouts – has actually been her secret weapon for weight loss.
Rebel said a doctor at a health retreat had advised her to take up walking, insisting it was the ‘best way’ for her to shed the kilos.
