One year since first UK vaccination
It is one year since the first person in Britain was vaccinated against Covid-19 outside clinical trials, launching the biggest NHS vaccination drive in history.
Since 90-year-old Margaret Keenan received the Pfizer jab in Coventry, more than 51 million first doses of vaccine have been given in the UK, along with more than 46 million second doses and 20 million extra doses.
